The sanitary and epidemiological service of Stepnogorsk initiated a case against the blogger and eco-activist Artyom Sochnev. The report on an administrative offense states that Sochnev, «using social networks, organized a gathering of residents» in the square near the Gornyak House of Culture in Stepnogorsk «without social distance and other requirements of restrictive quarantine measures». Artyom does not agree with the charges. Sochnev refused to sign the report of the offense and receive a summons to the department of sanitary and epidemiological control.
