Golovinsky District Police Department of Moscow gave a summons to the military enlistment office for SOTAvision journalist Artyom Krieger, who was detained on September 21 at a rally against mobilization when he was live broadcasting. He will have to appear at the military enlistment office on October 6. SOTAvision reported that Krieger attended the protest as a journalist. He had his editorial assignment, press card, and identification vest. However, an administrative case was brought against the correspondent for participation in an unauthorized rally (Part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). He faces up to 15 days of arrest.
