The journalist of the Irbis TV channel Artyom Klevan, when he was preparing a news report about the high-profile trial in Nur-Sultan, sent a request to the secretary of the court session to connect him to the online process. The journalist did not receive an answer to his request. When the judge saw the parents of the defendant journalist in the room after the start of the trial, they were immediately cut off without the opportunity to ask the judge for the media to participate in the open trial.
