The Pskov City Court fined the journalist of Pskovskaya Gubernia Artyom Avanesov RUB 30,000 under the article on «discrediting» the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The case was initiated because of his posts and reposts in social networks. According to the version of the police expert organisation, Avanesov «discredited» the Russian army and insulted Vladimir Putin with his publications.
