Artem Radygin was detained outside the Federal Security Service building on Lubyanka, where he was filming the Pussy Riot action – hanging rainbow flags on the government buildings on Vladimir Putin's birthday. The journalist was charged under Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules of participation in a public event). Police officers threatened Radygin, trying to get him to testify. The journalist did not get back his phone seized at the police station.
