Artem Radygin was detained in Moscow. He was taken for interrogation, according to the Telegram channel Avtozak LIVE with reference to the former defendant in the "Moscow case" Samariddin Radjabov. The Human Rights project by Open Russia clarifies that the interrogation will take place in the framework of a criminal case under Article 236 of the Criminal Code (violation of sanitary and epidemiological norms). According to Radio Liberty, Radygin is a witness.
