On June 8, during a briefing in Sisian following a pre-election meeting with residents, Robert Kocharyan, leader of the Armenia political bloc and the second president of Armenia, showed a disrespectful attitude to the Radio Azatutyun correspondent Artak Khulyan. Kocharyan ignored the journalist's repeated attempts to get an answer to a question he was interested in and then said: «Have you heard anything about ethics?».
