Arshad Ibrahimov, head of the website dunyaninsesi.az operating in Ganja, was detained by officers of the Main Department for Combating Organised Crime of The Ministry of Internal Affairs. He is charged under Article 282.2.2 (extortion by threats committed repeatedly) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan. By the decision of the Narimanov District Court of Baku, he was arrested for 4 months.
