Entrepreneur Vahe Keushgueryan filed a lawsuit against the founder of the Armtimes.com news website Dareskizb LLC in the court of general jurisdiction of Yerevan, demanding the refutation of information considered insult and slander. The reason for the lawsuit was the article which says that at one partially secret auction, an attempt is made to expropriate the Chran waterfall, located near the border village of Khachik, in favour of the American businessman of Armenian origin Vahe Keushguerian. On October 20, the lawsuit proceedings were initiated, and the trial has started.
