On 13 April, Armenian National Assembly deputy Hayk Sargsyan filed a lawsuit against the founder of the Newspress.am news website Armenuhi Hovsepyan demanding compensation for damage caused to honor, dignity and good reputation. The reason for this was the insulting and defamatory, statements of Armenuhi Hovsepyan via Facebook Live. The claim was accepted for proceedings, and a trial was started.
