On 5 March, the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction partially upheld a claim filed on 12 May 2020 by LLC Van-Charter against the television company Armenia, ordering the defendant to broadcast a retraction on the programme Ostry Ugol, pay the plaintiff 200,000 drams (over $500) in damages for defamation, a further 100,000 drams (over $250) to cover legal fees, as well as the court fee.
