On May 12, Van Charter, LLC filed a lawsuit against Armenia TiVi, ZAO with demands to retract libel and pay compensation. The reason for the lawsuit was the opinion voiced on the television program “Sur Ankyu” (Sharp Corner) about incorrect declarations and the unsatisfactory quality of the production of alcohol. The lawsuit was accepted, and judicial proceedings have begun.
