The Basmanny District Court of Moscow has issued an arrest warrant in absentia for Armen Aramyan, co-founder of the student media outlet DOXA. He is accused of justifying terrorism on the Internet (Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and spreading «fakes» about the Russian army (Paragraph E of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Aramyan is outside Russia.
