Former policeman Vardan Ghukasyan filed a lawsuit against ArmDaily.am website, and lawyer Hrant Ananyan in the court of general jurisdiction of Yerevan, demanding to apologize for the insult and refute information considered libel. The reason for the lawsuit was the article published on the website, in which the lawyer said the following about the plaintiff: «...I urge the healthy part of society not to succumb to misinformation, especially when this information comes from some homosexual, some compromised, convicted, failed homosexual». The trial has started.
