The deputy of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, Hayk Sargsyan, filed a lawsuit against Armdaily.am asking for compensation for the damage of honour, dignity and business reputation. The cause of the claim was the expression "bottle holder" addressed to the deputy, published by the Armdaily.am. The lawsuit was filed on 4 December, and the proceedings commenced.
