The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation has declared journalist Arkady Babchenko a «foreign agent» for collecting money for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and disseminating «misleading information about the decisions and policies adopted by public authorities». Babchenko has been put on Rosfinmonitoring’s register of «terrorists» and is wanted in Russia.
