As Argen Baktybek uulu reported, the investigative department of the Interior Ministry of Kyrgyzstan obtained material from the Agency for Combatting Extremism and Illegal Migration. It says that an unknown person on the WhatsApp messenger and other social networks published an audiotape, where he called on people to come to a rally to the building of the Kyrgyzstani parliament. Moreover, the law-enforces supposedly discovered that the blogger and his wife disseminated on their pages on social media “information denigrating the government”.
