The Kazakhstani media Arbat.Media was blocked on the territory of Russia by a court decision in Vladimir (Russian Federation). The media was sued by the 19th Military Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Army, military unit 56680, in connection with the article «Russian occupants are defeated in the Kharkiv region, but do not want to admit it», published in September 2022. Earlier, the editorial board received a notice from Roskomnadzor demanding to remove the publication. The editorial board did not fulfil the demand.
