On June 26, businessman Narek Nalbandyan filed a lawsuit with the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against the "Hayeli" Club and its founder Anzhela Tovmasyan, demanding a public apology for statements made in a video published on May 28 on the news website Hayeli.am and its YouTube channel under the title: "You Are Exposed: Narek Nalbandyan’s Billions and the Trail of Nikol and Anna. Anzhela Tovmasyan." He also requested a retraction of statements considered defamatory. In the video, Anzhela Tovmasyan claimed that the businessman is backed by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and his wife Anna Hakobyan. The publication included remarks such as: “Illiterate, underdeveloped, a zero as a professional,” “This person is Anna and Nikol’s oligarch,” “An empty man,” “These homeless people who became billionaires,” and “Your two masters are Anna and Nikol, because this business belongs to them and you're in it together,” among others.
