During the Rybinsk mayoral election, four journalists were detained at the exit of the territorial election commission: Alexander Menyukov, Andrey Brazhnikov, Anton Taroyants, and Yulia Kulikova. They had their accreditation from the Vremya news agency with them. The authorities allegedly received a tip-off about young people planting drugs. The detainees were released from the Rybinsk police department without any reports after being questioned.
