Vladimir Bendus, a Member of Parliament in the State Duma representing Yugorsk for the “United Russia” party, attacked a journalist on the street. Pantin described as “he followed me, insulted me, swore, twisted my arms trying to knock down my phone, used physical force, and finally attacked from behind, took control of me and took my phone”. He filed a report to the police.
