The deputy of the Yugorsk Duma, United Russia political party member Vladimir Bendus attacked a journalist on the street. «He pursued me, insulted, swore, twisted my arms, trying to knock out the phone, used physical pressure, and in the end... attacked me from behind and took possession of my property: he snatched my phone» — Pantin describes the incident.
