Anton Motolko was accused of a number of crimes by the Investigative Committee: taking part in riots (Articles 293 and 342), inciting hostility on the basis of professional affiliation (Part 3 of Article 130), founding an extremist organisation (Part 1 of Article 3611), aiming to destabilise the socio-political and economic situation in the country; and causing harm to the national security of the Republic of Belarus (Part 3 of Article 361).
