On February 24, 2022, in Sevastopol, the Russian Federal Security Service officers searched the apartment of a freelance correspondent of Radio Svoboda Anton Mesnyanko. The search was conducted as part of an inquiry into extremism and calls for violation of the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation. As a result of the search, a cell phone and a journalist's ID were seized.
