The Savelovsky District Court in Moscow has approved a request to place film critic Anton Dolin under arrest in absentia. Dolin is a former editor-in-chief of the magazine Iskusstvo Kino and is accused of failing to comply with the obligations imposed on individuals designated as “foreign agents” (Part 2 of Article 330.1 of the Criminal Code). Criminal proceedings against him were initiated in September 2025. The Ministry of Justice added Dolin to its register of “foreign agents” in October 2022.
