A criminal case has been opened against film critic Anton Dolin for failing to comply with the obligations imposed on “foreign agents” (Article 330.1, Part 2 of the Criminal Code). Dolin was added to the “foreign agents” register in October 2022 and has since faced three administrative fines. He has been living abroad since that year.
