Anna Salymskaya, a journalist with the pro-government Ural outlet Ura.ru, has been released following an interrogation. She is considered a witness in a criminal case involving alleged abuse of power by officials for personal gain (clause “e” of Part 3, Article 286 of the Russian Criminal Code).
