The Investigative Committee reported that it had transferred the case against "Svetlana Tikhanovskaya's analysts" to the prosecutor to be prepared for court. Journalist Anna Lyubakova is accused under a number of articles: Article 361 of the Criminal Code (calling for for actions aimed at harming the national security of the Republic of Belarus), Article 357 of the Criminal Code (Conspiracy to seize power by unconstitutional means), Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code (Creation of an extremist organization or participation therein) and Article 130 of the Criminal Code (Incitement of hostility or discord). On July 2, the Minsk Regional Court examined the cases of 20 people in special proceedings, whom the Ministry of Internal Affairs recognized as an extremist group called "Svetlana Tikhanovskaya's Analysts". She was was sentenced to 10 years detention in absentia.
