In the morning, police officers came to the home of the journalist of the portal Us and Power Anna Kondryukova and handed her a summons with the requirement to come to the station to draw up a report under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules of holding public events by a participant or organiser). On December 25, Kondryukova was covering a picket in the city centre. The police warned that without a special vest she would be considered a participant of the protest action. The journalist came to the police station. According to Anna, she was interviewed by a police lieutenant colonel, whom the journalist had complained to the prosecutor’s office a week earlier.
