The journalist of the information and analytical portal Ratel.kz Anna Kalashnikova faced the problem of getting the verdict from the Supreme Court website. The hearings were held in open mode, so the verdict had to be published in the Judicial Cabinet on the website of the Supreme Court in open access. Kalashnikova, having a paper version of the verdict in hand, discovered that all documents on the case were hidden for access in the database of the electronic court cabinet. After contacting the Supreme Court, it turned out that access to the judicial acts had been closed due to incorrect filling in of the «Minor» requisite in the electronic record document, which led to automatic closure of access in the Judicial Cabinet.
