Anna Gubanova, editor-in-chief of the Psychological Gazette, was fined 4,000 rubles by the St Petersburg Vasileostrovsky District Court. The charge was based on part 2.1 of Article 13.15 of the Administrative Code which forbids not mentioning 'foreign agent' status in a published article. A 2023 article about customer helplines mentioned singer Zemfira, who is on the "foreign agent" list.
