On June 16, when supporters of Gagik Tsarukyan, leader of the party Prosperous Armenia were pushed out of the building of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia, where Tsarukyan was being interrogated, journalists who were covering the police actions were also hurt. Several of them suffered various types of injuries. In particular, there were the following: Liana Sargsyan, correspondent from the site News.am; Anna Gevorkyan, journalist from Tert.am; Tatevik Kostandyan, correspondent from Yerkir.am; Artur Akopyan, journalist from the television company Kentron; and Margarita Davtyan, editor of the site MegaNews.am.
