On July 25, the court satisfied the lawsuit of the Deputy Chairman (now Chairman) of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Alen Simonyan against the editor-in-chief of the news website Hzham.am Anna Gevorgyan, obliging the defendant to publish a refutation and pay court expenses, including AMD 200,000 for the services of the plaintiff’s lawyer.
