On May 16, member of the «Armenia» faction of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Gegham Nazaryan, who came to the Kirants village of the Tavush region to convince the locals protesting against the delimitation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border not to block the Kirants-Voskepar motorway. Noticing that the editor of the news website NewDay.am Ani Gevorgyan was broadcasting live from the scene, he insulted her, accused her of fulfilling a political order and manipulation, and demanded to stop filming.
