The State Security Committee of Belarus declared the website Znadneimna.pl an «extremist formation». It is an information and journalistic portal of the Union of Poles in Belarus, unrecognised by the authorities. Journalists Andrzej Pisalnik and Inna Todryk-Pisalnik are listed in the decision as persons involved in the media, who carry out extremist activities through the website Znadneimna.pl. According to the law, any interaction with resources declared extremist formations entails the possibility of criminal prosecution and imprisonment for up to 10 years for participation in an extremist formation or assistance to an extremist formation (Article 361-1 and Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus).
