In Moscow, the security forces detained the Novaya Gazeta journalist, Novaya Gazeta. Europe author and co-founder of Dissernet Andrey Zayakin. His apartment was searched. According to media reports, Zayakin is accused of financing extremist activities (Part 1 of Article 282.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Zayakin was left for a night in the temporary detention center on Petrovka Street.
