Co-founder of Dissernet and journalist of Novaya Gazeta Andrey Zayakin left Russia. The Ministry of Internal Affairs put him on the wanted list. A case was opened against Zayakin for financing extremism (Article 282.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) — allegedly for transferring RUB 1,000 to the account of the Anti-Corruption Foundation.
