Andrei Zatirko, editor of the publication Agency, has been declared wanted. It is unknown on what charges the journalist is being sought. Zatirko was designated a “foreign agent” in December 2023. The Ministry of Justice claimed that the journalist opposed the “special military operation in Ukraine.” In February 2024, the first administrative report was filed against him for failing to include the “foreign agent” label (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences).
