On January 30, the criminal case on embezzlement during the construction of the dam in the Shili village of the Dzhangeldin district continued to be considered in the court № 2 of Kostanay. At the beginning of the session, judge Satybaldy Orazbay asked journalists to leave the room for 20 minutes «due to technical circumstances». The other participants of the trial remained in the hall. After 15 minutes, the press was allowed into the courtroom, the judge did not comment further on the situation, and the media relations specialist of court № 2 only repeated his wording — «technical circumstances».
