An employee of the Centre for adaptation and family support in Kostanay forbade the correspondent of Nasha Gazeta Andrey Skiba to photograph the premises of the centre, referring to the order of the management. The head of the Сentre explained that the ban was due to the fact that the Centre is on the balance sheet of the department of employment and social programmes of the Kostanay Akimat, i.e. the building is state-owned, so the journalists should have their actions authorised. After Andrey Skiba explained that according to the law on mass media, he has the right to take photos and videos in a public building, including a state building, the head of the Centre allowed the shooting.
