On November 30, the correspondent of Nasha Gazeta Andrey Skiba published the article about an accident at the construction site of Yelena D LLP, where a tower crane fell down and a crane operator died. The article gave the address of the construction site indicated on the stand of the construction company: 70 A, Pobedy Street. On December 4, a resident of Kostanay contacted the Telegram account of the media outlet. He claims that the specified address is his legal address — cafe Zhenis. «While construction is going on, there can be no address. If you do not know the town-planning laws, I demand to give a refutation, otherwise I will deal with you in court», — says Haji Murat. Nasha Gazeta refused to publish the refutation, explaining that the address was specified in the passport of the object and there is no editorial error. In addition, the editorial board checked and the land cadastre also lists the plot under the address indicated.
