Journalists in Kostanay were not allowed to attend the online debate on the case of a resident of Kostanay, who is an orphan and disabled person of the 1st group, and the department of housing relations of the city Akimat. The court session was held in the administrative court in connection with the plaintiff’s demands to provide information on the issuance of housing from the state fund. Andrey Skiba, the correspondent of the weekly newspaper Nasha Gazeta, asked the secretary of the court session for a comment on the exclusion of journalists from the session, but she did not respond to his WhatsApp message. The judge did not make a decision on the closed session.
