Journalist Andrey Shaulyuha was covering a queue the customers in the center of the city outside a gift and souvenir shop that was selling T-shirts with the inscription «PSYCHO3%». He was detained during the dispersal of the line by the riot policemen. The journalist was taken to the police station and later released without a report.
