Freelance journalist Andrey Pilipovich was attacked during the land auction. One of the bidders approached the journalist, grabbed his smartphone, ran outside and threw it away. Then the fight started. The assailant was a local businessman, a bidder, who sought to buy out a site where he already had a building.
