Journalist Andrey Novichkov and deputy Elena Shuvalova were attacked at 80 Sadovnicheskaya Street while attempting to inspect a home which was being constructed as part of federal initiative for young families. Suddenly, four unknown men emerged from a nearby apartment and dragged the journalist away by force. They also tried to close the apartment from the inside.
