The Russian Ministry of Justice has added journalist Andrey Novashov, who was previously sentenced to corrective labor in a case involving military “fakes,” to the register of “foreign agents.” The Ministry of Justice accuses Novashov of spreading fake news about the policies and decisions of the Russian authorities, participating in the dissemination of content by foreign agents, cooperating with foreign agent organizations, and speaking out against the invasion of Ukraine.
