In the opinion of the Ministry, Loshak «participated in the creation and distribution of materials of ’foreign agents’», disseminated «negative information» about decisions taken by state bodies, spoke out against the war, and «actively interacted» with foreign structures. Loshak is the author of the film «Breaking the Ties» about how the war in Ukraine split Russian families.
