A court in Saratov has fined BBC Russian Service journalist Andrey Kozenko 30,000 rubles (€311) for publishing tweets without the required “foreign agent” label (Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code). Kozenko, who resides in London, was added to the “foreign agents” register in January 2025.
