RusNews journalist Andrey Kichev and SOTA journalist Ekaterina Parfenova were detained at a rally against mobilization in Arkhangelsk. A protocol was drawn up to Kichev on "discrediting" the army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) for a post on the social network Vkontakte dated May 1. Parfenova was released without a protocol.
