The Sharkoushchyna District Court fined the freelance journalist Andrey Buka, finding him guilty of illegal picketing (Article 24.23 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus). On the basis of the police report, judge Aksana Tabala considered the journalist’s avatar on Facebook as a fact of picketing.
